| Jacobo E Mintzer | is the Executive Director of the Roper St. Francis Research and Innovation Center (formerly the Clinical Biotechnology Research Institute) and the Chief Research and Innovation Officer of Roper St. Francis Healthcare System. He earned his Doctorate of Medicine from the Buenos Aires University in 8 and his M.B.A. from the Citadel University in 2009.
